Q Does your stock remain the same?

A Our basic lines such as findings and packaging remain constant. The beads and stones will have new additions - some of them will be of limited stock and are marked -  Not Repeatable - these are best purchased when you first see them to avoid disappointment.

Q How long does it take to dispatch ?

A We try whenever possible to dispatch your order within 48 hours - this turnaround is based on items paid via Pay Pal or credit card – payment by cheque can add several days.

Q What is the minimum order ?

A We understand that you don't always need large quantities and you will notice that a lot of our pack sizes are very modest. The same applies to our min order - it’s £5.00 + P&P.

Q Can I buy larger quantities ?

A Yes - simply e mail us -then use the bulk order section.

Q Are the sizes shown accurate ?

A Because of the variation in photography and the resolution of your own computer screen - no photograph can be guaranteed to be accurate. We therefore ask that you check the dimensions on the product listing.

Q Do you have a shop ? 

A No - we are purely mail order and have no display facilities for personal callers.
